![]() Dear Quilter, Thank you so much for considering me in your quiltmaking adventure. Your quilt project will be treated with the greatest of care, and handled as if it were my own. I value the quality and artistic interpretation I give to each quilt, but consider this a partnership with you, and will respect your decisions. I am more than happy to collaborate with you on your project from start to finish or give consultations at no obligation to you. I can quilt a simple meander pattern to a more dense and complicated all-over design, as well as help design a custom look for your special needs. Should you enter your quilt in a show, please give credit to me as the machine quilter. While I am happy to make suggestions for quilting designs and thread color choices, the final decisions are yours, and should make you happy. My goal is to enhance your quilt to the best of my ability, and give you what you want. If I don’t have the designs or skills to achieve this goal, I will get the necessary training before proceeding, or will be honest about my limitations. Once work has begun on your quilt, any changes made by you, or work stop request will be at your own expense. If I encounter problems with the quilt top or backing, I will notify you so we can come to a resolution of the problem for our joint benefit. Although the quilting machine I use is computerized, the quilting does have variations based on the workmanship of the top and backing and the type of quilting and thread selected. I do value my workmanship, and guarantee the quality of my work. If for some reason you are not happy with the quilting on your quilt, please notify me within 48 hours. I will do my best to make it right for you. If that is not possible, a refund may be indicated, and will be negotiated at that time. Sincerely, Carol D. Sullivan, Ties That Bind |
